1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

winph43 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

Upon permanent account closure not caused by a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your winph43 account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any amounts properly forfeited in accordance with these Terms. winph43 will not return bonus balances or wagering-requirement-locked funds upon account closure in any circumstances.

winph43 operates under PAGCOR licensing requirements and is subject to the oversight and regulatory authority of PAGCOR in all matters relating to the conduct of gaming operations in the Philippines. Complaints relating to winph43's compliance with its PAGCOR license may be directed to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

14. Amendments

winph43 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
